Allows up to 4″ of adjustability to the Tour-Pak®, 1″ forward and up to 3″ backwards. No tools required for adjustments. Will fit 98-00 Touring with rigid mounted Tour-Pak® if the stock support tube has been replaced with the 00-08 support.
